Overview of Sentinel Chain
Blockchain
The chain facilitates access by offshore financial service providers to local lending companies who act as a bridge to the unbanked farmers. The Sentinal Chain will be connected to the multitude of CrossPay Blockchains. The Sentinel Chain– a blockchain designed for the purpose of creating a low-cost, cross-border financial infrastructure connecting the unbanked to a global network of financial providers.
Network
13 July 2018; 6pm Singapore time — Sentinel Chain and POA Network establish business and technical partnership for joint design and development of ERC20-to-ERC20 cross chain bridge that facilitates the integration of both ecosystems to extend the utility of SENC and POA20 tokens. Both networks will be fully compatible with Ethereum Protocol and support only Parity client 1.7 and later. This is a direct evolution in the world of blockchain, closing the gap between private and public blockchain implementations.
What is a Sentinel to a developer?
A node in the XYO network that broadcasts a signal with its location and any other requested data (such as time of day, temperature, etc). When this node is near another node and they broadcast that they are near each other, this is an interaction referred to as a bound witness. This interaction serves as a certain proof of the node’s location.
What does the company/project do?
Sentinel Chain aims to empower unbanked farmers and business owners in developing countries to seize country of previously “dead capital” into fungible assets.Assets such as livestock can be tokenized using the Sentinel Chain platform, and users will be able to track and verify their ownership of these assets. With the tokenization of livestock, Sentinel Chain opens up ways for users to utilize their livestock assets for insurance, loans, collateral and more, which are traditionally unavailable financial services to farmers and the like in these countries.

What are the tokens used for and how can token value appreciate?
In order to access the Sentinel Chain platform, users will have to use SENC tokens.SENC tokens are primarily used as a medium of exchange for LCT, which is then used to make payments for services or participate in projects. No other cryptocurrencies will be utilized on the marketplace, so as the platform grows in popularity, so should the demand for the token.
