    Yes, buying flights with QPAY is simple and easy.Once you've found the flights that you want to purchase, just select QPAY at checkout when selecting your payment method.

    Can I gauge how much demand there is before purchasing?

    Can I have a refund?

    All you’ll need to do is reach out to the event organiser (e.g.the student society committee), as they approve all ticket refunds.

    Can I print my ticket?

    No! For many events, QR Barcode tickets dynamically change at a frequent interval, meaning it won’t work once printed.We’re simultaneously preventing ticket scalping, and trees from being cut down.

    Can I set a password on a ticket type so only certain people can purchase those tickets?

    You sure can! Just make sure to tick the “password on this ticket?” box when creating your event.

    Can I use AMEX to top up my card?

    We unfortunately do not accept American Express.

    Can memberships link with ticketing?

    Yup, one of the best parts.If you do your ticketing through QPay, any memberships you have will be automatically validated, so that only members on your list will be able to buy membership-priced tickets.

    Can QPay help us to organise tables at our event?

    Yep! We handle table allocation when members are purchasing their tickets.Just make sure to hit “tables at your event?” when creating your event and follow the prompts.You can also organise teams, cabins and buses.

    Can we alter the frequency of our settlements?

    You can choose from three different options in the QPay portal under “Settings” – Monthly, Post Event or Smart Settlements.Smart settlements occur every 7-14 days.Any changes to these settlement frequencies takes 2-3 business days to take effect.

    Can we sell memberships online?

    Yup! When you complete setting up your membership form, you will be provided with a link (with a custom URL that you can specify) that you can post on Facebook or on your site, where people can fill in their own details and pay for their memberships online.

    Can we sell tickets in person?

    You sure can! Use the “sell cash ticket” function under “more details” once you’ve created an event.The person can enter in their details and will get a text message with steps on how to access their ticket through the QPay app.

    How can I change my seating?

    Easy! All you’ll need to do is login / register with your mobile number in QPay, and then view your order summary.There’s a drop down where you can change tables.

    How do I change my phone number?

    Phone numbers are connected to all your purchases in QPay, so if you need to change it you will need email us at: support@quicklypay.

    How do I send an SMS/Email campaign to my members?

    Ensure you’ve either collected memberships through your membership form on QPay or you can import your list of members in the portal.Just head to the memberships section to do this.Once this is complete your recipients will be available to SMS/Email.

    How do I sign up to QPay?

    To sign up for QPay, you must first download the QPay app from the Google Play Store or the App Store, then enter your personal details and follow the prompts.

    How do we enter in/change society bank details?

    In order for QPay to settle funds to your society for any events, memberships or merchandise sold, you will need to enter in bank details in your society portal.To do this, just head to “Settings”, located in the drop down on the top right corner of the screen where you will see your society name.Scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter the account name, BSB and Account No.

    How does ticket scanning work on QPay?

    Your team can use their smartphones to scan tickets through the QPay app! You will find the option to add team members under “more details” in the “events” page through your QPay society portal.

    How long does delivery take?

    We guarantee the fastest turnaround in the industry, with a rapid 9 business day delivery timeframe from the day the invoice is paid.

    How long does it take for a campaign to get approved?

    Campaign approval for non-approved societies can take up to 1 business day.If you however are an approved society this will only take 5 minutes.To become an approved society you must have at least one settlement processed by QPay.

    How long does it take for money to show up in my account?

    Top ups to your QPay card are instant (1.5% surcharge).Bank transfers can take anywhere from 1-3 business days to be processed.

    How many ticket types can I create?

    As many as you like! Just make sure the total number of tickets available matches the number of tickets in each ticket type.

    How to add Qpay payment information in email body?

    For that you need to add “[qpay-payment-details]” into your mail message body.

    I’m having trouble adding my QPay card to UberEats?

    Uber, at their discretion, occasionally denies users from attaching prepaid cards, like the QPay Card, to their Uber accounts.When this happens, we usually advice our cardholders to try again or select the “pay with PayPal” option in Uber instead and to attach their QPay Card card to their PayPal profile.
