Overview of YEE
Yee serves vary from individual inventors and medium-size companies to large multi-national corporations in a diverse set of industries and technology areas, including medical devices, blockchain and financial services, internet startups, automotive, electronics, software, medical informatics, biotech, warehousing logistics and components, religious institutions, sporting goods, medical marijuana and baby products.
Yee was also a staff member of the University of San Francisco Law Review, the literary editor of the Maritime Law Journal, a Board member of the University of San Francisco Moot Court Program, a survey author for the University of San Francisco Intellectual Property Law Bulletin, and a two-time participant in the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition.
Yee has extensive corporate law expertise and regularly advises ultra-high net worth individuals, private equity funds, investment banks, listed and private companies on corporate finance, venture capital, capital markets, takeovers, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate restructurings and joint ventures.
YEE goal is to mitigate the climate crisis by:
– raising awareness and building capacity among youth on the climate crisis;
– enhancing international cooperation and knowledge-sharing among our members;
– strengthening the participation of youth in environmental and climate decision-making processes.
Yee works with clients of all sizes and in a broad range of businesses, including the apparel and fashion industries, luxury beauty products, pharmaceutical, health, and medical device fields, consumer food and alcohol beverage space, entertainment and content production, and software and technology, among others.
Yee has taken an active role in resident and medical student education and has been involved in supporting the role of house staff in the delivery of healthcare, establishing the Washington Hospital Center mentorship program and organizing Surgical Morbidity & Mortality Conferences.
Yee worked on the creation of two startup companies, where he was responsible for managing business launch plans with the company’s development partner, Bain Consulting, and for overseeing the technology development with the company’s software engineering teams in New York and Atlanta.
Yee guides clients through the process of correcting operational failures and filing applications under the IRS Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System (EPCRS) and the Department of Labor’s Voluntary Fiduciary Correction Program (VFCP).
Yee enjoys distance running with his wife, exploring San Diego’s amazing craft brewery community, and volunteering at the Birch Aquarium at Scripps Institution of Oceanography where he has served as a Tide Pool Interpreter for the public.
Yee also served as Executive Director with several non-profits: Oakland Child Health and Safety Initiative; Oakland Education Cabinet; Early Care and Pre School Initiative, and the Career Pathways Trust Initiative.

All activities and projects of YEE are organised and carried out by young people under 30.We are also an active hosting organisations for the European Solidarity Corps volunteers.YEE organises, facilitates and supports projects and campaigns aiming to increase the knowledge, understanding, and appreciation of the environment and the awareness of climate issues among young people in Europe.
