Whippets can be accustomed to living in a house with cats and other small domestic pets if introduced to them as puppies, but that does not mean that a Whippet who lives very sociably with the family cat would not pursue a strange outdoor cat with deadly intent.

Whippets, like all inhalant drugs, are abused by breathing the fumes in close-range, concentrated settings—typically by covering the canister and the user’s head with a bag or face mask, or by transferring the gas to a balloon and inhaling it from there.

Whippets are notoriously opposed to water, and my Whippet Kaisa will ‘hold it’ as long as she can to avoid going out to potty when it’s raining, miserably cracking the dog door open just a tiny bit occasionally to check the weather.

Whippets are sweet, sensitive, loyal, and affectionate, and although they do better with families in temperate climates due to their lean build and short coat, Whippets make great family pets in both city and country.

Whippets drug  also known as whip drug or whip it drug is a familiar street name for whipped-cream chargers, steel cartridges filled with nitrous oxide that are meant to be used  with whipped cream dispensers.

Whippets are considered small dogs, measuring more
or less 47 cm tall and weighing around 13kg – so big enough to be fairly robust
but still a good size should you need to scoop them up to carry.

Whippets, despite their working class roots, were never kenneled in the manner of the great hunting hound packs, nor were they expected to live outside in rough conditions and be guard dogs.

The Whippet is a medium sized dog weighing 20 to 40 pounds and standing 18 to 22 inches tall though the Whippets bred in North America seem to be larger than those bred in the UK.

The Whippet is also known as the English Whippet or Snap Dog, and earned the nicknames ‘The Poor Man’s Racehorse’ and ‘The Poor Man’s Greyhound’ during their early racing days.

Allergies

Always alert, Whippets have a very keen expression to their face, an effect that is quite pleasing.Highly agile, these dogs can quickly change direction as needed.Standing at an ideal height of 18-22 inches, the Whippet has a medium-sized, clear curved body, which is square-proportioned, with a slightly tucked in waist, and a bit longer than taller.The coat is close to the body, accentuating its elegant and proud carriage.The neck is long and muscular, supporting a long, slender skull and muzzle.The Whippet’s short coat and skin type make it a good fit for people with mild allergies.These are the essential physical characteristics of the Whippet.This breed produces a light oil on its skin, resulting in less dander and minimal shedding.

Barking

If you are after a dog that is quiet in nature then the whippet is a great dog for you.The whippet isn’t the type of dog to run up and down your backyard fence barking at the dog next door or at people who are randomly walking past.Unlike many other breeds of dog, the whippet is a very quiet dog, it does not bark much.

Bloat
